NCAIA (North Carolina Association of Indian-Americans) is a non-profit organization formed to address social, political and economic challenges impacting Indian Americans in the great state of North Carolina. The association is formed to promote social, educational, economic, health and community activities of Indian-American people around Triangle area of North Carolina. The association objective is to solicit, raise and disburse funds for charitable, social, political, and educational purposes here in North Carolina directly or in cooperation with other non-profit organizations.
NCAIA’s goals of representing Indian-American causes and concerns at the political and legislative levels and ensuring recognition and assimilation of Indian-American community with American mainstream political, educational and executive bodies is achieved through three main advocacies:
